When they are compared with the classical frames they can not only pass over one-way span but also two-way span.
Due to its property of passing two-way span they can be designed as a shape of flat, sphere, cylindrical or prism.
They have high rigidity, therefore they have less weight according to the conventional systems. In addition to this they make economy in foundation.
If they designed as a screw connected, they can be de-montage and then montage in an other place.
If you get the necessary precautions at nodes you can suspend the climate channels, electricity lines and apparatus to the system. And also they can be placed in the thickness of system. It gives you much more free space under the system.
